Akuta

We’re baaaack!

Tao

Hey.

Yukikaze

Welcome home, my hard-working little brothers.

Kaede

Welcome back, guys!

Liguang

Have you gotten the hang of the job yet?

Tao

Yeah, we’re pulling through, thankfully.

Akuta

Hey, Teach. Guess what, didja know the shoe lockers at Asu High can be locked?

Kaede

What?! Wait, that means you can’t put your chocolate in them…

Akuta

Yeah. So Plan Give ‘n’ Get might not actually work out as planned!

Yukikaze

I see… We forgot all about the fact that they can be locked.

Tao

We were trying to figure out a plan B on the way home.

Liguang

Kamina. What about the plan you had for your White Day return gi—

…Hey. Where did you get all of those peeled tangerines from?

Yukikaze

Hm?

Tao

You even took all the pith off of them too…?!

Akuta

The peerless tangerine peeler, no, the pithless tangerine peeler! They’re so clean, SHEESH!

Kaede

You’ve pretty much peeled them all already… We can save them for later for everyone to eat…!

Yukikaze

(I didn’t even notice…)

I’m sorry… I wasn’t paying much attention. We were talking about White Day?

Akuta

Yar! Please teach me your secret arts!

Yukikaze

Sure. I wanted to repay everyone for their Valentine’s gifts, so I made a broadcast over the school intercom to tell everyone to leave their shoe lockers open.

Akuta

A school-wide broadcast!?

Kaede

This is news to me…!

Tao

Wait, the entire school got involved…?

Liguang

Right. This was because of something that happened when I was a first year…

By the time Kamina was a third year student, he was receiving an entire truckload of chocolate for Valentine’s Day.

Akuta

Wow.

Tao

That kinda thing actually happens outside of manga…?

Liguang

I remember the halls being absolutely flooded with students rushing towards Kamina’s classroom…

At the time, I couldn’t just stand aside and let it turn into a mob, so I took things into my own hands and gathered everyone who wanted to give him chocolates outside on the field.

Yukikaze

Since you took control of the situation, all of the students formed a neat line like it was a school assembly, so I was able to receive all of their gifts safely.

I heard afterwards that he was able to naturally line up the students using the layout of the school’s skyways. I remember thinking that he was a force to be reckoned with. In fact, that was when he started his legacy as a truly legendary student council president.

Kaede

(I can just imagine Liguang-san commanding everyone like Kongming himself…!)

Liguang

Hah… Brings back memories, doesn’t it, Kamina-senpai?

Yukikaze

You really saved me that day. I’m still grateful to you.

Akuta

So Liguang-san’s been giving Legendary StuCo President ever since he was a first year! Gotta yap about this to Muneuji later.

Kaede

You’ll probably get a lot of chocolates from your fans this year too, Yuki-nii.

Yukikaze

…Right. I’m always thankful for them.

(But… I wish I could receive chocolate from you this year…)

……

Liguang

We veered off topic, but… Isotake, I think you could consider utilizing the school broadcast for your plan.

Akuta

Hmm, I mean, I bet that’d be dope as hell, but if I do a school-wide broadcast then that’ll ruin the surprise. Vetoed!

Tao

You got good integrity.

Kaede

Then maybe we can consider leaving them somewhere other than the shoe lockers…

Akuta

Huh, why? I mean, all I have to do is to come up with another plan to open them up!

Alrighty folks, it’s back to the drawing board for me so buh-bye! WOOOOOO!

Kaede

Ah! Akuta-kun…!

Tao

He’s got a lot of energy for a guy just coming back from a work shift.

Liguang

Will his stubbornness lead him to failure, or will he forge his own path through his ambition…? Only time will tell.

Yukikaze

Nanaki

Akuta

Kiroku

Akuta

Arrrrgggh, errrrrrrrrm…

Kiroku

(He’s sitting at his desk sounding like a biker gang revving up their motorcycles…)

Akuta

A. Way. To. Open… The shoe lockers… A knocker… Knock knock…goes the kakapo.

Nanaki

Ohhh, he’s trying to think of a way to open up the shoe lockers.

Kiroku

Is there…anything…we can…help with…?

Akuta

Chocolate… Gotta keep ‘em freezed up… Can I get an ayo let’s turn it up…

Nanaki

Looks like he’s focusing, we should probably leave him alone. Let’s just ask about it tomorrow.

Kiroku

Yeah…

(I’ll just leave him some tissues in case he gets a nosebleed.)

Nanaki

*sigh* Do you really want to be popular that badly…? Having all that unwanted attention can be annoying sometimes—

Akuta

Hmmm… So, like, if this was the lock…

Nanaki

Gwah?!

Kiroku

(?! Why’s he suddenly putting Nanamegi in a headlock…?!)

Akuta

And we go right, left, right, then press on it…

Nanaki

Mmmrgh.

*thud*

Kiroku

N-Nanamegi…?!

Akuta

But then there’s this and that, and also that to think about…

Kiroku

(He gently carried Nanamegi to the bed before returning to his desk… Is he doing all this unconsciously…?)

Akuta

Hrrrrrm, vrrnnnnnggg, urrrrrrm.

Kiroku

……

Isotake…I’ll leave…some…bolo1…here for you… It’s for…if you get…hungry…

Akuta

‘Kay.

Kiroku

(He replied…?!)

Akuta

Errrrm, eurrgh, urrrk.

Kiroku

I guess…I heard wrong…

…Good luck…
